THE BEST WAY TO LEARN A CITY IS TO WALK!

Today, I woke up and decided to take a walk along River Aura! I had wanted to take a walk along there for a while now so it was the perfect day…except the fact that it was raining.I did hesitate while going to the city center but as soon as I hopped off the bus and put on my headphones,my hesitation faded away.Fresh air, people are out with their children walking along the river, dogs are playing around, it was like a sunny day. I started walking from the cathederal until I saw the Forum Marinum and it was a very long journey but an enjoyable one!
I would like to start off with the amazing River. It just feels so good to walk by and watch the water pass. I felt refreshed. I also loved to examine the ships used as restaurants, they look very interesting. I just loved the whole vibe and could see people enjoying themselves. I also saw many other things! There was a ship which reminded me of pirates. They all had many different names and made me wonder, did they have a story to tell? Probably they did.
Another thing I loved the most while walking was the buildings. Now as you walk along the river, you can view both sides and those sides have the most beautiful buildings I have ever seen. I had discovered a little while walking in the city center but these buildings were much more amazing and exciting! I also got to see where the Theathre was alongside many old and new buildings combined together.
One thing that caught my attention were the artwork! There were many different kinds of artwork everywhere! You could see statues everywhere! They all looked so cool and surprised me! Also, the Föli can take you to the other side of the river which is a fun thing! I also quite much liked to just go on a bridge and watch the river from there!
After walking for a while, I ended my trip at the Forum Marinum since I was soaking wet and the weather was getting darker and colder.I hopped on bus number 1 which led me to the city center! I cherished the moment to see the lit up Hansa Kortelli which looked amazing and than took a trip back home!
See you another time on a not so rainy day River Aura!
